• Our warehouse is closed on weekends therefore any orders placed after 12:30 EST on Fridays and throughout the weekend will ship out on Monday.

• If for any reason your order is returned to our store because it was undeliverable— you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please carefully double-check your address before purchasing.

• In the event that you request your order to be reshipped—there will be a $9.95 shipping and handling fee.
