Refund policy

Returns are not accepted— but there is an exchange policy if your order didn't work out for you. To start an exchange, please email curvybodyivy@gmail.com. All items must be UNWORN in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

• You may exchange your item(s) within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
• Cosmetics can not be returned or exchanged.
• All shipping and handling fees for exchanges are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.
• Because many of our items have limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you by email with an alternative option or store credit.
• Please note, we do not make exceptions to this policy.
